We currently offer two main scrub options:

Standard Scrubs - $69 AUD
Choose from our existing scrub designs and available options without individually altering the garment design.

Custom Scrubs - $99 AUD
Create a customised scrub design using available options such as fabric, colour, neckline, sleeves, cuffs, garment length and other available modifications.

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed when you place your order will apply to that purchase.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders containing scrubs to:

• Australia

• United States

• New Zealand

• United Kingdom

• Canada

If an order contains both scrubs and accessories, the order qualifies for free standard shipping, subject to the location exclusions below.

Orders containing only scrub caps, emblems, patches or other accessories do not qualify for free shipping. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed or advised before the order is finalised.

Rural & Remote Locations

​

Free shipping is available to most addresses in the countries listed above.

 

However, some rural, remote or difficult-to-service locations may attract additional courier charges.

We cannot always determine whether an address attracts a remote-area surcharge until we verify it with our shipping provider.

If you live in a rural or remote area, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your address qualifies for free shipping.

If we identify an additional charge after you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding with production. You can choose to:

• pay the additional shipping charge; or

• cancel the affected order for a full refund if production has not commenced.

We will not charge an additional shipping fee without your agreement.

 

Countries Outside Our Free Shipping Area

We may be able to ship to countries other than Australia, the United States, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Please contact us before ordering.

We will check whether delivery is available and advise you of the applicable shipping cost.

We cannot guarantee delivery to every country or location.

 

Estimated Delivery

Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately:

Standard Scrubs — 3 weeks

Custom Scrubs — 4 weeks

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

International, rural and remote deliveries may take longer. Delays can also occur due to production, customs, couriers, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please order well in advance if you require your scrubs for a particular placement, workplace commencement date or event.

 

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in our prices or free shipping offer and may be payable by the customer.

 

1 Free Exchange Per Order

We offer 1 FREE EXCHANGE PER ORDER for eligible, non-customised products.

If you decide an eligible item isn't right for you, you may return it and receive store credit equal to the price you paid for the returned item.

The credit can be used towards anything available from Simply Modest Scrubs.

Eligibility

You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

The item must be:

• unworn except for briefly trying it on;

• unwashed;

• unused;

• unaltered;

• undamaged; and

• in its original condition.

Products showing signs of use, including stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, washing or alteration, may be refused.

Return Postage

The customer pays the cost of returning the item to Simply Modest Scrubs.

We recommend tracked postage.

Once the product has been received and approved, we will issue your store credit.

There is no exchange processing or restocking fee for your first eligible exchange.

The offer is limited to one free exchange per original order.

If your replacement order contains scrubs and is being delivered to an eligible location, our normal free shipping policy applies.

If the credit is used only for caps, emblems, patches or accessories, applicable shipping charges will apply.

No Change-of-Mind Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not provide cash refunds for change of mind.

This includes where you:

• order the wrong size;

• change your mind about a colour;

• prefer another style or fabric;

• no longer require the product; or

• otherwise decide you don't want the product.

Eligible standard products may instead qualify for our 1 Free Exchange policy.

 

Custom Scrubs

Custom Scrubs are made specifically according to your selections.

Custom Scrubs cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind and are not eligible for the 1 Free Exchange offer.

This includes garments customised by changing features such as:

• neckline;

• closure;

• sleeves;

• cuffs;

• garment length;

• back design;

• fabric;

• embroidery;

• printing;

• emblems;

• measurements; or

• other individual modifications.

This restriction does not apply where a product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer guarantees.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly manufactured, incorrectly customised or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please notify us of problems apparent on delivery within 5 business days.

Please provide your:

1. order number;

2. description of the problem;

3. clear photographs of the problem;

4. photograph of the entire garment where relevant; and

5. photographs of packaging if delivery damage occurred.

Please retain the item and packaging while we investigate.

The requested five-business-day notification period does not remove statutory rights that may continue beyond that period.

 

Faulty Product Remedies

Faulty products are handled separately from our free exchange program.

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

For a minor problem, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as repair or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

For a major problem, you may be entitled to reject the product and choose between a refund or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not restrict remedies for genuine faults to a predetermined 25% or 50% refund.

Where we are legally responsible for reasonable return shipping associated with a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, we will cover that cost.

 

Colour & Manufacturing Variations

Minor variations can occur between garments and manufacturing batches.

These can include reasonable variations in:

• colour or shade;

• texture;

• stitching;

• measurements;

• placement; and

• finishing.

Colours may also appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and fabric composition.

The same colour may appear somewhat different across different fabrics.

Normal minor manufacturing variations are not necessarily faults.

If you believe a variation is substantial, please contact us so we can assess it.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

Where a parcel must be reshipped because the customer supplied an incorrect address, failed to collect the parcel or delivery could not be completed due to circumstances attributable to the recipient, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipping costs.

 

2. Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from Simply Modest Scrubs.

By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

Products & Pricing

Our primary scrub ranges are:

Standard Scrubs — $69 AUD

Custom Scrubs — $99 AUD

Prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change our products, options or prices from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively alter the price of an order already accepted by us.

 

Made-to-Order Business Model

Simply Modest Scrubs operates primarily on a made-to-order basis.

Products may be manufactured after you place your order rather than being held in local inventory.

Our products may be manufactured, fulfilled and/or shipped directly to you by an overseas manufacturing or fulfilment partner.

 

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order and receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order for production.

We may contact you if there is an issue concerning:

• availability;

• customisation;

• delivery location;

• pricing;

• payment;

• suspected fraud;

• an obvious website error; or

• our ability to manufacture or deliver the requested product.

Where we cannot reasonably fulfil an order that has been paid for, we will provide an appropriate refund.

 

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You authorise us and our payment service providers to process the payment associated with your purchase.

Standard Scrubs

Standard Scrubs are based on existing Simply Modest Scrubs designs.

Customers can select from the sizes, colours and other options made available for that product.

Standard Scrubs may still be manufactured after your order is submitted.

 

Custom Scrubs

Custom Scrubs allow customers to select available modifications to create a garment according to their preferences.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections carefully before ordering.

Once custom production begins, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.

Custom Scrubs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or our free exchange program.

This does not exclude rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

 

Measurements & Customer Information

Where you provide measurements, sizing information, customisation instructions or other specifications, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate.

We manufacture or arrange manufacture based on the information submitted to us.

If a garment has been correctly manufactured according to measurements or specifications provided or approved by you, dissatisfaction arising solely from inaccurate customer-supplied measurements does not necessarily constitute a manufacturing fault.

This provision does not apply where the problem was caused by us or our manufacturer failing to follow the information provided.

 

Product Images & Colours

We aim to represent our products accurately.

However, colours can appear differently depending on:

• device displays;

• screen settings;

• photography;

• lighting;

• fabric composition; and

• manufacturing batches.

Product images are illustrative representations of the product. Minor differences that do not materially change the product may occur.

 

Uploaded Images, Logos & Designs

Where our website allows you to upload an image, logo, emblem, wording or artwork for customisation, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that material for the requested purpose.

You must not upload material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse a customisation request where we reasonably believe that producing it may be unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

Providing uploaded material to us gives us permission to use and provide that material to our manufacturer or fulfilment provider only as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfil your order, unless you separately authorise another use.

 

Shipping

Our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible scrub orders to Australia, USA, New Zealand, UK and Canada, subject to rural and remote-area exclusions.

Other destinations require confirmation before ordering.

 

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate requests where production has not commenced.

We may be unable to cancel or change an order once production has commenced, particularly for customised products.

 

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;

• discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively; and

• multiple discount codes cannot be combined.

We may cancel or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious technical or pricing error, subject to applicable law.

 

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

For Australian customers, this includes applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Simply Modest Scrubs is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms applying to your purchase will generally be those in effect when your order is placed, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.

 

3. Customisation Policy

Effective date: 9 August 2026

Our $99 Custom Scrubs allow you to personalise available aspects of your scrub design.

Depending on the product, available customisations may include:

• fabric;

• colour;

• neckline;

• closure;

• sleeve style or length;

• cuffs;

• garment length;

• skirt or trouser options;

• back design;

• embroidery;

• emblems;

• printing; and

• other available alterations.

Check Before Ordering

Please carefully check every selection before submitting your order.

Custom products are manufactured according to the specifications submitted and confirmed with your order.

If you're uncertain about a selection, please contact us before purchasing.

Measurements

Where custom measurements are available, please follow our measurement instructions carefully.

Measurements should generally be taken using a flexible measuring tape and according to the instructions shown in our sizing guide.

We are not responsible for fit problems caused solely by materially incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

If we or our manufacturer fail to manufacture the garment according to the measurements or specifications you correctly supplied, this will be assessed separately.

Custom Products Are Final Sale for Change of Mind

Because Custom Scrubs are made specifically for you:

Custom Scrubs cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged simply because you change your mind.

The 1 Free Exchange offer does not apply to Custom Scrubs.

This does not affect your rights where the product is faulty, incorrectly manufactured or otherwise fails to comply with mandatory consumer guarantees.

 

Manufacturing Tolerances

Garment manufacturing is not mathematically exact.

Reasonable minor variations in measurements, stitching, placement, shade and finishing may occur.

A minor manufacturing variation does not necessarily constitute a fault.

Significant discrepancies will be assessed individually.

 

Uploaded Artwork

If you submit artwork, logos, images, wording or emblems, you confirm that you have permission to use them.

Uploaded files may be provided to our overseas manufacturing partners solely as reasonably necessary to manufacture and fulfil your order, unless you separately consent to another use.

If We Get Your Customisation Wrong

If your product is materially different from the customisation confirmed in your order, contact us with photographs and your order number.

Examples could include:

• receiving short sleeves when long sleeves were ordered;

• receiving the wrong neckline;

• incorrect embroidery;

• an incorrect emblem; or

• a material deviation from your confirmed specifications.

We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required under applicable consumer law.

 

4. Sizing & Measurements Policy

Choosing Your Size

Please use the Simply Modest Scrubs Size Guide before ordering.

Do not assume that your usual size in another clothing or scrub brand will necessarily be the same.

Where possible, compare your body measurements with the measurements shown in our sizing guide.

How to Measure

For the most accurate result:

• use a flexible measuring tape;

• measure over light clothing;

• keep the measuring tape level;

• do not pull the tape excessively tight; and

• follow the measurement points shown in our sizing guide.

If you fall between sizes or are uncertain which size to choose, please contact us before ordering.

Standard Scrubs

Eligible Standard Scrubs may qualify for our 1 Free Exchange Per Order.

The customer pays return postage. Once an eligible return is received and approved, store credit is issued for the amount paid for the returned product.

Custom Scrubs

Please take particular care when selecting the size or providing measurements for Custom Scrubs.

Custom Scrubs do not qualify for the 1 Free Exchange offer and cannot be returned for change of mind.

We strongly recommend confirming your sizing before adding custom alterations.

 

Fit Expectations

Fit can vary depending on:

• body shape;

• garment design;

• fabric;

• stretch content;

• personal preference; and

• custom modifications.

A garment fitting differently from how you personally expected does not necessarily mean it is faulty where it corresponds with the size or measurements ordered.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
